It was a hard day as mention to the following program:
WAG podium training in the morning at 09:30 to 12:30
MAG judges are present to the instruction and draw meeting from 10:00 to 11:15 and then gone to the competition hall to assist the podium training.
- MAG podium training start 13:30 to 19:30 with 3 subdivisions.
- WAG judges are present to the instruction and draw meeting from 15:30 to 16:45.
- Scientific Symposium start at 17:00 with the present of the AGU President Mr. A-Rahman Al-Shathri and many specialists from the different participant countries and specialists from Aspire Academy
The insight on the latest research on Artistic Gymnastics and their applications on the field are interested to many of the participants the Three plenary talks will be given by world research leaders in the areas of Applied Physiology, Applied Biomechanics and Technique; respectively:
- Dr. Monèm Jemni (UK): Latest applied physiological research in Gymnastics.
- Prof. John Salmela (Canada): Latest applied Psychological research in Gymnastics.
- Dr. Willam (Bill) Sands (USA): Latest applied biomechanical research in Gymnastics.
